Civil unrest, global warming, rioting, war... it seems like every single day there is something else to stress about. Things to focus on outside of ourselves to keep us on edge. There’s just so much chaos that it can easily leave us feeling hopeless and lost. If you’re like me, you’re looking for something more. Well I found that more in... you!I realized that what we were missing was each other! Think about it. While we were all locked inside, isolated for two years, we lost a piece of ourselves for awhile. What we lost was Human Connection! That’s the best way for us to grow outward and upward. To feel seen, heard and understood and to be part of a community. These are the foundations of who we are as people. As I got back out into the world I started to meet phenomenal individuals everyday. Everywhere.. Coming from a troubled past with rape, addiction, financial hardship and more, Frances will share how she battled addiction, depression, anxiety, & imposter syndrome to succeed in all aspects of her life. She will provide tips on how to build resilience in turmoil and how she continues to protect her mental health in retirement.
